BOOKWEEK 2010 WITH TOHBY RIDDLE

Bundanon welcomes author and illustrator and 2009 NSW Premier’s Award winner Tohby Riddle as artist in residence to present three events for school children over two days to celebrate Children’s Book Council of Australia Book Week. Tohby Riddle has created award-winning picture books, such as Nobody Owns the Moon, The Singing Hat and The Great Escape from City Zoo; two cartoon collections (he was the weekly cartoonist for Fairfax's Good Weekend magazine for nearly 10 years); and a critically acclaimed novel, The Lucky Ones. As a designer he has won two APA Design Awards for book and cover design.

Tohby's new book My Uncle's Donkey (pictured), out 31 August 2010, will feature in his Book Week talks.
