Education Update - March 2010

With the completion of the Riversdale Road, school buses can now deliver students direct to the Boyd Education Centre .

In a lively start to the year, The Illawarra Grammar School, St Patrick’s College, International Grammar School and SCEGGS Redlands visited with their Year 11 students. The school’s teachers appreciate the opportunity to visit Bundanon early in the school year to assist with the integration of new students and to promote the establishment of a dynamic learning culture for their visual arts classes. Bookings for 2011 education programs are now open.

Digiscapes II

Join art and design educators from across the State for an inspirational residential weekend of teacher professional development at the award winning Boyd Education Centre. Workshops will explore digital photography and imaging, cyanotype processes with collage and mixed media. Expert tuition is provided by outstanding teachers from NSW and Victoria. Explore online collaborative learning spaces and develop skills in the creative use of Photoshop and other imaging software.
