Demand for the Boyd Education Centre is high so we need to know what your preferred dates are. If you could also let us know which months suit this may help us identify an available date better.

Event Details

The main space has a capacity of 180 guests only. Please indicate the quantity of guests that may be attending your function or event.

COMMERCIAL BOOKING PRICES 2011

BEC Hall/Room Only (including kitchen) $4400 (inc GST)

  • Access from 10am through Midnight + Set Up Session*

BEC Hall/Room (including kitchen) and up to 16 Beds $5500 (inc GST)

  • Access from 10am through 1pm the next day + Set Up Session*

BEC Hall/Room (including kitchen) and up to 32 Beds $6500 (inc GST)

  • Access from 10am through 1pm the next day. + Set Up Session*
  • *Set up session time to be negotiated with administrative staff and is subject to venue availability

Additional Accommodation for 6 (3 bunks in our Verandah Accommodation) $450 / rm (inc GST)

Additional Accommodation per bed (Verandah Accommodation) $75 / bed (inc GST)

Any use of the hall outside these hours (minimum 2 hours) $100 per hour (inc GST)
