Tony Gorman. The band was formed in 2004 and gave its first performance at the Sydney Opera House at the inaugural JazzNow Festival. Since then they have performed regularly for the Sydney Improvised Music Association and appeared at major jazz festivals around Australia such as the Wangaratta Jazz Festival. During their residency at Bundanon composers Sandy Evans and Tony Gorman will develop new repertoire for the ensemble with a view to the launch of a major project in 2012 based on the theme “If Music Be The Food Of Love”. It is hoped that this work will be premiered at the 2012 Arts In The Valley Festival.
