Hip-Hop Workshops with Wire MC

Indigenous hip-hop artist Wire MC & partner in lyrics Choo Choo met with a group of about ten young rappers every day, at the Nowra Youth Centre, in the week leading up to Bundanon’s 15th Birthday Party, teaching them how to “knock up a beat” and “make a loop”, lyric writing, performance skills, beat boxing and production values.

Their aim was to record and perform a song by the end of that week and S.T.U.N. (as they are now known) did just that, producing a quality track Annihilation Of The Generations.

This workshop also gave two of the rappers an opportunity to perform with Wire MC on stage, on the day of the party.
