House of Orange

House of Orange (Cameron Deyell, Evan Mannell and Phil Stack) is an innovative and original progressive rock trio from Marrickville, NSW. Each of the three band members are widely respected artists in their own right. Although early in their respective careers, each artist has already achieved recognition at the highest levels in Australia and internationally. The project House of Orange is an evolving joint venture to explore a progressive rock trio sound while drawing on a shared improvising jazz aesthetic.

House of Orange are in residence to arrange and pre-produce new material following the release of their debut ep last year. Material has been written and initially developed in the groups rehearsal space in Marrickville NSW, and the residency at Bundanon will be used to develop the work further to a point where recording can begin for the group’s debut album.
