Ironwood

Ironwood return to Bundanon to focus on their on-going repertoire development. In 2010 they will be focusing on workshopping works in development with Paul Stanhope and Damian Barbeler who currently working on commission from Ironwood for period String Instruments. They will also be working with choreographer Adriam Burnett (Sydney Dance Company) who is interested in collaborating with Paul Stanhope on multi-platform work for strings, dancers and film. Film maker/animater Sophie Raymond and visual artist Lisa Stewart will also be collaborating with the composers.

The second aspect of their residency will be development work in the area of romantic era performance practice with Dr Neal Peres Da Costa and Dr Clive Brown, both specialists in this area.
