Riversdale Festival a success

The 2010 Riversdale Festival was a great success attracting 913 people to the banks of the Shoalhaven River to enjoy an amazing day of workshops and interactive performances featuring internationally acclaimed companies, ERTH, Stalker Theatre, TaikOz Drummers, Doonooch Dancers, Circus Monoxide, HMAS Heidi Hoops and Brown Council Art Police.

While the majority of participants were from the Shoalhaven region, there were also tourists from as far afield as Darwin and WA. People of all ages participated in aerial, TaikOz drumming, hip hop, hula hoop and art workshops.

The Hon Peter Garrett MP AM, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts officially opened the festival proceedings at the Riversdale Festival.
