SITEWORKS 2011

Bundanon’s continuing commitment to site based research will see a series of residencies throughout 2011 and four artist commissions. Residents include Barbara Campbell; Diego Bonetto and Jim Wallis; Leah Gibbs; Garth Paine and Michael Atherton. The commissions will include artworks by Linda Dement, Alex Kershaw, Nigel Helyer and Robyn Backen, involving research into the archive, the sonic environment, the river and its users, the local wombats and collections of oral histories of the site and the Homestead. Supported by Arts NSW and the University of Wollongong. On Sunday 25 September there will be a pubic Conversation about Siteworks at Riversdale – so put it in the diary.
