what a great idea for a book

So you've got an idea for a book. Or have you?

How do you find great ideas - and how do you take the a great idea and turn it into a great book? What is the process from that will take you from that first moment of inspiration to a finished manuscript?

In this workshop Colin Falconer - aka Colin Bowles aka Mark d'Arbanville and author of thirty seven books - will talk you through the process using examples from his own work - and then work with you on one of your own ideas, so that by the end of the workshop you will understand more about the mysterious process of creation.

What makes a good idea? And what does it take to make a good idea into a good book? This is your chance to find out. This workshop will be held in the atmospheric setting of the Mordant Family Library at Riversdale, Cambewarra. Morning tea and lunch provided. A partnership presented by Bundanon Trust and South Coast Writers Centre.
