The Arthur and Yvonne Boyd Education Centre is available to hire for weddings, celebrations, special events and other private functions. Riversdale is a unique and beautiful location to hold your special event. The award winning Arthur and Yvonne Boyd Education Centre is sensitively situated to maximise the breath-taking views down the Shoalhaven River and its tranquil rural surroundings.

The Venue hire includes exclusive access to the grounds of Riversdale and the Education Centre.

COMMERCIAL BOOKING PRICES 2012

BEC Hall/Room Only (including kitchen) $4750 (inc GST)

• Access from 10am through Midnight + Set Up Session*

BEC Hall/Room (including kitchen) and up to 16 Beds $5750 (inc GST)

• Access from 10am through 1pm the next day + Set Up Session*

BEC Hall/Room (including kitchen) and up to 32 Beds $6750 (inc GST)

• Access from 10am through 1pm the next day. + Set Up Session*

*Set up session time to be negotiated with administrative staff and is subject to venue availability

Additional Accommodation for 6 (3 bunks in our Verandah Accommodation) $450 / rm (inc GST)

Additional Accommodation per bed (Verandah Accommodation) $85 / bed (inc GST)

Any use of the hall outside of client hired hours (minimum 2 hours) $250 per hour (inc GST)

Additional Accommodation per bed (Verandah Accommodation) $100 / bed (inc GST)

Terms of Payment

Deposit of $1000 payable upon booking, this is deducted from the final invoice.

Deposit to be paid within 14 days of confirming booking dates.

Final payment due 90 days prior to event

Surcharge: A 20% surcharge per person applies to any booking incorporating a public holiday or arrival on a Sunday
