Visiting Bundanon & Riversdale

Open Days at Bundanon

Bundanon is open to the public every Sunday from 10.30am to 4pm. Visits include tours of the Bundanon Homestead and Arthur Boyd's studio. Browse through the gift shop and follow up with a bush walk to the natural amphitheatre.

Arthur Boyd invited members of the Australian Decorative & Fine Arts Society (ADFAS) to be the original guides at the Bundanon Homestead. Current guides are part of Bundanon's Volunteer Program. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please click here.

It is suggested that you enter the property between 10.30am to 1pm and depart between 1.30pm - 4pm due to a single lane access road.

COST for admission to the Bundanon Property:

$12 adult

$8 concession  

Children under 16 years of age are free.

Please not that no group bookings are taken for Sunday Open Days. Also, please note that from 1 June 2011, Sunday Open Day entry costs have increased to $12 adult and $8 concession, with children under 16 remaining free.

Mid Week Tours 

BUNDANON homestead & studio

For these bookings a maximum of two hours can be spent on the property, enjoying a guided tour of the Homestead and Arthur's studio, wandering the grounds and perhaps having morning tea. Tours take approximately 1 hour. Access is from your arranged time of arrival for the next two hours. Minimum of 16, recommended maximum 45.

$10 Children under 16 years of age

BOYD EDUCATION CENTRE, RIVERSDALE

The world renowned Arthur & Yvonne Boyd Education Centre designed by Pritzker winner Glenn Murcutt in conjunction with Wendy Lewin & Reg Lark is located on the Riversdale property. Tours can be arranged mid week – they must be booked in advance and are only available when there are no educational groups in residence. Please note: Riversdale is subject to availability due to school bookings.

CATERING

Catering at Bundanon & Riversdale can be arranged.

Morning or afternoon tea of cake or slice, tea & coffee.

COST: $6 per person.

Lunch of a wrap or roll with a selection of cold meats, pasta, salads (or a vegetarian option) plus tea & coffee

COST: $16.50 per person.
