Walking Bundanon: Medicines and Bushtucker with Aunty Deidre

Come on a walk with Aunty through the beautiful bushland of the Bundanon property and learn about the native plants - their medicinal and culinary uses and preparation.

Aunty Deidre Martin is a Walbanga woman of the Yuin nation, a respected Elder, knowledge holder and artist. She has been leading bushtucker tours for over 20 years and will take you on a ramble through the Bundanon bushland, up to the Amphitheatre and surrounds, sharing her knowledge and deep connection to Country.

Walk Information:

Walk Time: Arrive 10:30am for 11am start

Walk finish: approx 1pm

Distance: 3.5km

Grade: medium, some steep sections uphill and downhill on tracks

What to bring: day pack with water and snacks, camera, binoculars (if you have them), picnic lunch

On arrival please check in at Bundanon Open Day office
