Build your confidence and skills in creating engaging visual arts learning experiences for homeschool students from Kindergarten to Year 6.

Using Bundanon’s Art Museum as a catalyst for learning, this practical day for adults explores approaches to programming and teaching visual arts in a homeschool setting. Participants will gain insight into place-based learning, Bundanon’s teaching and learning philosophy, and ways to respond to the NSW curriculum and Australian Curriculum.

The day includes an art workshop responding to the current exhibition, alongside discussion and documentation of the experience. Participants will consider the design principles behind the activity and how it can be mapped to curriculum outcomes.
