Kirsty Boyle is an Australian artist whose passion for robotics has driven her to travel the world in order to work with other like-minded artists and scientists.

During her residency at Bundanon, Boyle investigated the conceptual thematic and detail the logisitics required to facilitate an Interactivos? event centered around ‘Critical Making’. The Interactivos? model of production workshop, theoretical seminar and showcase of projects was developed by the Medialab-Prado, Madrid Spain. A space for reflection, research, and collaborative work is created, in which proposals selected are developed, completed and displayed. The process was open to the public from beginning to end.

Bundanon acknowledges the people of the Dharawal and Dhurga language groups as the traditional owners of the land within our boundaries, and recognises their continuous connection to culture, community and Country.

In Dharawal the word Bundanon means deep valley.
