Georgie Meagher's residency will be centred on curatorial research and development of an exhibition at Tin Sheds Gallery, Sydney in 2012, We need you, you need us. The participating artists in the exhibition are Paul Gazzola, Dara Gill, Agatha Gothe-Snape and Lara Thoms. We need you, you need us will explore notions of economic exchange, market value, alternate currencies and trade, asking: how do artists (re)situate themselves within an economic framework?
