Tracy Farr is a Melbourne-born, Perth-raised, New Zealand-based writer who used to be a scientist. She writes about everyday strangeness and beauty, and aspects of time and memory (and their disruption).

During her residency at Bundanon, Farr worked on her third novel. A literary alt-history set in an amusement park in the early twentieth century, ‘Wonderland’ is a novel that explores ideas of curiosity and identity.

Bundanon acknowledges the people of the Dharawal and Dhurga language groups as the traditional owners of the land within our boundaries, and recognises their continuous connection to culture, community and Country.

In Dharawal the word Bundanon means deep valley.
