Designed as a space to linger, the Providore Marketplace is a rich and sensory encounter with the region’s culinary talent.
Short collective talks throughout the day give insight into the people and processes behind the products, but the focus is on tasting, selecting, and savouring an array of handmade, small-batch, and thoughtfully crafted products.
