Membership purchases and renewals

Once purchased, a Bundanon membership cannot be refunded.

Subscription to automatic membership renewal via direct debit is ongoing unless cancelled by you or Bundanon.

Bundanon reserves the right to adjust membership prices without notification.

If you have lost or damaged your membership card, call 02 4422 2100 or visit the information office at Bundanon to request a replacement card. Please note that there is a $5 fee to replace a membership card.

Ticket purchases (events and general admission)

TixTrack as Agent

Bundanon offers tickets for reservation and sale through the TixTrack Ticketure platform.

Currency, Pricing, and Fees

All ticket prices are stated in Australian Dollars (AUD). Free tickets are subject to the same terms and conditions as paid tickets.

Valid identification may be required for collection of tickets and, in some cases, upon entry to the exhibition or event. Bundanon reserves the right to refuse admission if valid identification is requested and not provided, at an age restricted event where you cannot prove that you are of a qualifying age, or under any other circumstances that violate the posted restrictions of an event or exhibition.

When you make payment by either credit card or online payment, you must have the specific authority of the credit card or online payment account holder. Credit card details and payment will be processed by a third party engaged by the Bundanon to provide this service on their website.

Electronic ticketing

You must register your name and email address to purchase and reserve tickets online. Tickets are electronic only and will not be mailed. You may print the PDF ticket in your email confirmation or from your account, present your digital ticket on your mobile device, or bring your photo ID to Bundanon for collection from the either the Art Museum or the information office. Tickets may also be purchased onsite at Bundanon during normal operating hours.

Ticket holders should be prepared to produce valid identification at point of entry. Concession or membership cards may be required to be shown at the exhibition entry.

A valid ticket must be produced to gain entry to a ticketed exhibition, program or event.

Order Confirmation

When you complete a purchase or reservation online, you will receive a confirmation email. This will enable you to access your tickets to print them or present them from your mobile device for scanning at the exhibition or event. If you do not receive this email then it is your responsibility to contact us to inform us. Your email address will be used to identify you. Please be sure you enter a real email address that you can access. If you do not receive a confirmation and are unable to access your account to retrieve your ticket, please contact us immediately at admin@bundanon.com.au to resolve the issue. Tickets may not be retrievable if you do not know the details of your order.

Bundanon reserves the right to cancel a ticket and refund the amount paid.

Bundanon reserves the right to vary ticket prices, seating arrangements and capacity, add, withdraw, or reschedule programs and presenters, or change Experience itineraries.

Exhibition tickets cannot be used for any other program or event, unless specified.

Entry to exhibitions is subject to capacity at the time of arrival. Late arrival for exhibitions and programs may result in rescheduling to a later session, date or non-admittance.

Bundanon tickets are not to be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or resale unless authorised by the Bundanon. Use of Bundanon trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to Bundanon’s consent. Bundanon reserves the right to cancel a ticket if any of these terms and conditions are considered to be breached.

Information is collected from those registering with Bundanon to facilitate ticket purchases and reservations. This information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellations/transfers

General Admission tickets to the Art Musuem and Homestead can be refunded or transferred to another session in the event you are no longer able to attend your pre-booked session. Please view your ticket for instructions on how to transfer your ticket to another date of your choice or contact our Visitor Services Team at admin@bundanon.com.au if you would prefer a refund or need assistance transferring to a new date.

Some Bundanon events are non-refundable. Please read the details of each event carefully. In the instance that tickets are transferable, please provide written notice prior to the event date so we can confirm the changes. Any changes to dietary requirements are required 10 business days prior to the event.

Accommodation bookings

COVID-19

Bundanon is committed to the safety of our staff and visitors and their health.

We maintain the following measures to limit transmission of COVID – 19:

  • Our Covid safety plans are regularly reviewed and are compliant with Public health orders and NSW safe work guidelines.
  • Our staff and volunteers are fully vaccinated.
  • Our staff and volunteers do not attend the site if they have tested positive to COVID-19 or have symptoms.
  • Hand sanitisers are available throughout our venues.
  • Rigorous cleaning regimes are in place including regular cleaning of all surfaces and residential rooms.

Please help us keep our other visitors and staff safe by:

  • Postponing your visit if you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 symptoms.
  • Departing Bundanon as soon as practicable if you have flu or COVID like symptoms, and self-isolating in your room until you can leave.
  • Observing any relevant requests made by staff.
  • Observing any current NSW Government Public Health Orders and other relevant guidance.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Full payment is required to secure your booking and payments are non-refundable. Should you decide to cancel within 21 days of your arrival, you will forfeit 100% of the booking charge. All cancellations must be received in writing. If you choose to cancel with more than 21 days’ notice, you may choose to transfer your booking to an alternate available date. If no alternate dates are currently bookable, you will be issued a credit voucher to use within 18 months from the original stay dates.
  • Bundanon reserves the right to cancel experience programs at any time due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or insufficient demand. In this instance a full refund will be issued

ALCOHOL

  • Only alcohol purchased onsite or included as part of your experience packages may be consumed at Bundanon.

PETS

  • No pets are allowed on Bundanon property as it is a wildlife reserve. The only exception to this is service animals.

SMOKING

  • Bundanon experiences are non-smoking events. Cleaning fees will apply if this policy is not upheld.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Guests must be 18 years or older to book an experience package and must present valid photo identification matching booking details during check-in
  • Minors can accompany an adult, please inform Bundanon in advance if travelling with children

DAMAGE & LIABILITY

  • You will be invoiced by Bundanon for any damage to property, equipment, buildings, artworks or grounds arising from your visit.
  • Vehicles remaining on site overnight must be parked in designated parking areas at owners’ risk
  • If you are asked to leave the property due to anti-social behaviour, no refund will be issued.
  • Swimming in the river is not allowed by anyone visiting Bundanon.
Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers is valid for 3 years from date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash.
