Chika Ikogwe is an African Australian Actor and Writer, and graduate of The National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).

In 2019 Ikogwe was in residence with actor and theatremaker Julia Robertson. Together, they approached their collaborative residency aiming to compare and contrast their cultural history and differing experiences as young Australian women, specifically with the goal of unpacking the internal racism that continues to exist in Africa and Australia today. Both negotiating the expectations of parents who made great sacrifices for their children, the artists interrogated ways in which they might redefine modern Australian identity.
