Natalia Ottolenghi Bradshaw

Art Form: Writing

Residency Year: 2024

Lives / Works: Sydney, Eora

Natalia Ottolenghi Bradshaw is a writer living and working in Sydney/The Eora Nation – and for two weeks in 2024 will be living and working at Bundanon.

Born in Canada, raised primarily in Latin America, with her soul in Italy, Natalia arrived to live in Australia in 1985 and became a leader in the visual arts, namely as an art consultant, curator, and board member.  Her passion for writing began when she learnt to read, and she can now devote herself to writing (and more reading).

In Residence at Bundanon

Natalia will be working on a narrative non-fiction manuscript reflecting on and exploring epigenetics and ‘the survivor gene’.  With warm positivity and poignancy, she will continue to delve into life’s challenges and themes.  Natalia’s maxim of ‘do it once and do it well’ will resonate with readers and has apparently provided her daughters with the perfect epitaph.
