In a career embracing his skills as an actor, director, dancer, musician and contemporary performance maker, Nigel Kellaway’s initial professional performance training was in music, majoring in piano and composition at the universities of Melbourne and Adelaide.

RESIDENCY 2014
Nigel Kellaway came to Bundanon in 2014 for a period of exploration and development (textual and musical), contributing to a “library of materials” that could contribute to any kind of performative artifact.

RESIDENCY 2013
During his residency at Bundanon in 2013, Nigel Kellaway worked on the further development of his project ‘GLORIA’.

RESIDENCY 2011
In residence in 2011, Kellaway explored the corporeality of the actor via an interaction of live performance and still photography animated through digital video technology, in tandem with a new live musical score.

In Dharawal the word Bundanon means deep valley.
