Wendy Murray is a visual artist and arts educator whose work addresses social and political issues through poster making and public art works.

In 2020, Murray was commissioned by Bundanon to create a new work for the summer program, ‘We Need to Talk about Fire’. While in residence at Bundanon, Murray facilitated poster making workshops with the Shoalhaven community and one online poster making workshop with the wider community. The outcome of these workshops featured in an exhibition at the Bundanon Homestead from November 2020 – April 2021 as part of the program ‘We Need To Talk About Fire’.

Murray was also in residence at Bundanon in 2014.

Bundanon acknowledges the people of the Dharawal and Dhurga language groups as the traditional owners of the land within our boundaries, and recognises their continuous connection to culture, community and Country.

In Dharawal the word Bundanon means deep valley.
