Come and enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and be part of an intimate cooking class with two of the Shoalhaven’s hero chefs and friends.

Douglas Innes-Will, Bundanon’s Executive Chef, and Sam Smith, Head Chef at Ponte Bar and Dining, both grew up and trained in the Shoalhaven, then extended their skills overseas and in top Australian restaurants including Qualia, rated as the number 1 resort in the Southern Hemisphere.

Both chefs now bring their combined passion for food and hospitality back to the Shoalhaven, and will share share their amazing food with you as you assist them with cooking a scrumptious two-course lunch whilst listening and enjoying some of their food journeys and adventures.
