In Residence at Bundanon

PIT PONY is my WIP autofiction novel about working as a junior criminal lawyer for Victoria Legal Aid (VLA) in Morwell, a struggling coal mining town in the La Trobe Valley mired in ice addiction and poverty. I recount my experiences as a gender non-conforming person working in country courts, police station lockups and the local psychiatric ward.
