Todd Fuller

Art Form: Visual Art

Residency Years: 2018, 2014

Todd Fuller has exhibited annually since his debut in 2011 at the age of 23, having graduated from Sydney’s National Art School the previous year. His practice integrates sculpture, animation, drawing, performance, and painting to construct narratives drawn from empirical experiences, personal and otherwise. In 2016 Fuller held a solo exhibition and participated in an Artist in Residence program at Grafton Regional Art Gallery, before completing residencies in Broken Hill and DRAWinternational France, both in 2017. These residencies follow Fuller’s success in being awarded the William Fletcher Traveling Fellowship to the British School at Rome and residencies at both the Cite International des Arts in Paris and Sydney Grammar School.

Established drawers and performance makers Kellie O’Dempsey, Catherine O’Donnell and Todd Fuller took up residence at Bundanon together in 2018 to experiment with material for an innovative project to be pitched and presented across the Regional Gallery and Festival Sector. Their work ‘Hardenwave – our home in Absurdia’ was presented at the National Art School in 2019.

Fuller was also in residence at Bundanon in 2014.
