APPLY FOR A RESIDENCY - Applications for Bundanon's 2025 Artists in Residence program are now open

Bundanon

Following the catastrophic climatic events of the 2019-2020 summer Bundanon presented We Need to Talk about Fire, a series of conversations with speakers from across the community who share Indigenous knowledge systems, stories of community action, healing initiatives and creative responses to find a way forward.

Filmed largely at Bundanon, We Need To Talk About Fire brings into focus critical issues that the devastation of the catastrophic Black Summer Bushfires brought to the front of the national consciousness and international media: climate change, fire management and practices, and the role of fire in regeneration.
