In Residence at Bundanon

While in residence, Jon will focus on a multi-disciplinary collection of works (short stories, essays, radio and video) based loosely around ’natural implications’. Through writing, research and conversation, this social text will explore present-day sensibilities and affects by unrolling ideas to their furthest extents and implicit conclusions – calling on timelines of the far future, the exhaustion of the information economy and the proliferation of memory; the objects we imbue with sentimentality, and the dense arrangements of things we encounter that somehow escape our attention or comprehension.
